and it is DLNA certified, then it should work with Mezzmo since Mezzmo also contains specialized baseline (standard) device profiles for all DLNA certified devices.
Powerful format support, transcoding and pre-transcoding
Mezzmo supports all popular video formats, music formats and image formats. It also supports popular subtitle formats (.SRT, .SUB, .SMI) and external metadata files such as
mymovies.xml, series.xml, ThumbGen TGMD files, XMBC NFO/TBN files, folder.jpg, folder.png, {filename}.jpg, {filename.png} and Samsung MTA chapter files. Mezzmo also
lets you retrieve metadata from online sites like IMDb and TheTVDB.

Mezzmo can transcode audio, video and image files on-the-fly so that they can be played on your DLNA-enabled devices. All popular audio, video and image file formats are
supported. No extra codec packs or extra downloads are necessary. Transcoding can be very CPU and memory intensive, so Mezzmo's transcoding has been optimized to take advantage of your
Dual Core, Quad Core or higher computer.
Mezzmo can also pre-transcode your files before you stream them to your devices. Perfect for fixing stuttering issues when you have
an underpowered computer that cannot transcode on-the-fly fast enough. Perfect for fixing FF/REW/pause issues when you have DLNA devices that
do not provide full play features for transcoding files. Perfect for mobile devices that only support MP4-based file formats which cannot be
transcoded and streamed in real-time

Extensive media library support
Mezzmo automatically finds all your music, movies and photos on your computer and organizes them into an iTunes-like library. All details are stored including
album artwork, song lyrics, album, artist, genre, title, ratings and more. Mezzmo supports large libraries - it is regularly tested with collections of more than 500,000
music, movie and photos.
If you already have well organized folders on your computer, then simply add those folders into Mezzmo and they will be replicated exactly the same way for easy
navigation on your DLNA device. Even better, when you add a file or remove a file at a later date, Mezzmo automatically detects the change and update the list of files
for you. No need to maintain your library of files!
Mezzmo's slick interface lets you search for media based on attributes such as genre, artist and album. Create your own playlists and folders to organize all your
music, movies and photos the way you want to.
|
Multiple device support/Parental control support
Unlike other DLNA media servers, when you purchase your copy of Mezzmo, you can connect and stream media to as many devices as you like.
Also, Mezzmo can connect and stream different media to multiple devices at the same time. Using Mezzmo's device profiles, you can set the preferences for
each device in your home - such as the type of connection (wireless/wired/etc.), the transcoding settings and even allow/deny access to particular playlists and media files for
each device. If you have children, you may want to restrict the folders, playlists and files that are streamed to certain DLNA devices in your home.
